Jack of All Trades Rounding

Sean vas Terra created an issue

The bonus granted by enabling Jack of All Trades on skills is rounding up, instead of rounding down as it should. Ie, a level 5 bard should still have +1 to all non-proficient skills, not the +2 that the sheet currently assigns.
