Initiative roll dex modifier is applied multiple times

The initiative roll will have multiple initiative multipliers applied on consecutive rolls for the same character. I.e. twice for the second roll, thrice for third, etc. The issue is only appearing when the Obsydian module is enabled and the sheet might not be necessarily in use by anyone
