Macro hook breaks other sheets
Issue #95
resolved
Drag&drop spell or weapon attack from charsheet to macro panel always create obsidian specific macro. Even if me or my player use another charsheet while module is just installed.
May be you can create module setting to switch this feature?
Btw i don’t understand why i have to mark token as target to apply damage from chat, instead of just select it.
Thans for your work!

There’s not much I can do about this. It’s a limitation of the hooks system. I can at least provide a module setting to disable obsidian macros entirely.
The reason I chose targeting is because it is ‘stickier’. You can target a token then double-click another token to open their sheet and apply some effect from the sheet to the target, without losing your target. If I had chosen a select workflow instead then this would not be possible. All mechanisms in obsidian use targeting for this reason.
