Full screen/ Home screen mode

Hello! Maybe I am missing an option somewhere or it is because I am using terribly cheap tablets for this application, but I cannot find a "Full Screen" mode.

This would be very handy for when nosy users hit the "home" software key on the tablet. This would also be useful for hiding the top-of-screen notifications and information bar.
