Make it easier for first time users

Some users aren't aware that they need to first configure a Google Calendar on their device before our application will pick it up. Perhaps a getting started kind of wizard? Or at least some better help text when they open the app for the first time and can't see any calendars.

Additionally a page of documentation would probably also be useful
