won't install on Win10 1909

hi :)

Upon launching the install file of v1.4.4 on win10 1909 it say it requires dotNET framework 4.5. Then when I try to install dotNet framework 4.5 it says it won't install since it is already present and a newer version is installed.

Thus I cannot install BrightnessController on Win10.

Please help me. Best, -a-
