unable to detect any apple device (Windows 10 Dell laptop connected to Apple Cinema Display 20"

Issue #64 new
Former user created an issue

I have connected Apple Cinema Display (ACD) 20" to my Dell Inspiron Laptop which is running Windows 10 laptop. I bought DVI to HDMI connector cable from the Apple website and it's working. But I can not change the brightness on ACD. So I tried Brightness 1.5.7 Beta setup exe. It is showing the error "unable to detect any Apple Display Please make sure the USB cable is connected". I have connected the USB cable and it is showing on "Bluetooth and other devices" on my laptop. Please help. I have attached screenshots.
