Reconstruction should also try multimedia compression (-mm flag)

The following release is rather odd: https://www.srrdb.com/release/details/Imperium_Galactica_II-FLT.

It consists of 4 sets of rars, one set per disk. It uses different versions of RAR and different settings for (almost) every set. It uses DOS RAR 2.50 (1999-03-24) for disks 1&4, albeit with the same settings. It uses WinRAR 2.50 (1999-03-24_rar250.exe) for disks 2&3, but with different compression settings. Disk 2 uses multimedia compression, but disk 3 does not.

When run by hand, the following gives 99% reconstruction of the second disk set. The last rar is not correct, possibly due to the known problem with .cue files. 1999-03-24_rar250.exe a -m3 -mdE -mm -s -ds -rr -o+ -ep -idcd -v15000000b flt-ig2b.001 FLT-IG2B.bin FLT-IG2B.cue

Without the -mm flag, srr does not find a good rar version and reconstruction fails. By adding the -mm flag to the arglist(), reconstruction will (eventually) succeed with method 2.
