Sample rebuild success with different sample
I rebuilt The.Matrix.1999.iNTERNAL.DVDRip.XviD.AC3-XviK using this command: java -jar .\autorescenej.jar E:\test It is a two CD release. The sample gets rebuilt successfully BUT it is a completely different sample then before! It also has heavy blocking. I do have the original sample which is from CD1. But the rebuilt sample is from CD2. I am aware that I am not using pyrescene directly but AFAIK all autorescenej does is calling pyrescene - which is doing the actual rebuild. I am using pyReScene-0.5.1-win

The same issue could be seen on Battlestar.Galactica.2003.WS.DVDRip.XviD-SFM.

I generated a simple .srs file and it works as expected.
Then I created a .srs file that was verified against the main movie file. When I try to rebuild it against the wrong file, I get the following message:
It clearly shows something went wrong.
"Returns the error code of the most recently used command. A non zero value usually indicates an error." pyReSample clearly exits indicating an error occured. This behaviour is similar to ReSample .NET. (although almost 50% faster)
