Python 3 /bin/srr sys.exc_clear()

sys.exc_clear() does not exist anymore in python 3. I think this line should be removed.

    "pyReScene requires Python 2.6 or 2.7 to run."

    It isn't expected to work with Python 3. Only preprardir.py has Python 3 support.
