Weird problem reconstructing

Release: Will.Of.Steel.PROPER.READ.NFO-HOODLUM
Tried to reconstruct using pyReScene, but I got this error using all versions of WinRar: No good RAR version found.
Why was I able to reconstruct the release perfectly (no modifications after, sfv OK) with this simple bat command: rar300.exe a -m3 -mdG -vn -o+ -ep -v15000000b hlm-wios.rar hlm-wios.cue hlm-wios.bin
Isn't it something that the program should be able to do?

Eventually yes, but there are still a bunch of bugs related to compressed reconstruction. It has been noticed that small files give more problems. (the .cue) This issue has most likely been reported before. There won't be any fixes related to this for the next version. My priority is first a new release (bug fixing) and support for other archive formats.
