== To Download and Install the Bleeding Edge Version:

Click on Branches shown above and then gz (or other compressed method) option of the "master".
Uncompress the files,
   
  $tar xvfz downloaded_package.tar.gz

Build the Bio3D package,
  
  $cd downloaded_package
  $cd ver_devel
  $R CMD build bio3d

Remove previously installed Bio3D and install the new one (you may need root privileges to do them),

  $R CMD REMOVE bio3d
  $R CMD INSTALL bio3d_version.tar.gz


== To Download and Install Previous and Current "Tagged" Versions:

Click on Tags and then gz (or other compressed method) option.
Do similar procedure as above to install Bio3D.
