Is showing subdomains of the protein in different colors in margin segments possible with plot.dccm?

Is there an easy hack to show different domains of the structure in margin segments in different colors using plot.dccm or plot.dccm2? Thank you.

You can use the 'margin.segments' option of plot.dccm() to do this This should be documented in the help file for plot.dccm and is also mentioned in this tutorial (see figure 4)
