Bio3D Project repo owner created an issue 2013-04-15

There are several problems related to the Windows version, including: "dssp" function doesn't work (Temporarily solved but not integrated into 1.1-5 yet); failed to pass the checking by CRAN for windows; problems in installation for R 3.0.0; Problem in calling "muscle" (reported by James)
