PCA-app, tab #2: Align

At some point the alignment tab needs a sequence locater tooltip that tells me the alignment, sequence and PDB residue position numbers of particular residues.

Ideally I want to be able to exclude individual sequences (via checkboxes) here and not have to go back and recalculate the alignment.

I wonder if column checkboxes would also work here? This last one is not a priority.

Sequence located added by Shashank. this is however slow for large alignment, and is currently limited to smaller alignments. perhaps we could have a checkbox for enabling tooltip and leave it up the user to wait... ?
