is view.cna in the documentation actually vmd.cna?

Working through this tutorial: http://thegrantlab.org/bio3d/tutorials/protein-structure-networks

There is a reference to "view.cna" but I can't find such a function. I can find vmd.cna and it works as advertised.

Thanks for pointing out this. Yes, we've changed the name of 'view.cna' to 'vmd.cna' in the development version (It is still called 'view.cna' in the officially released version, i.e. 2.2-4 on CRAN). The tutorials are associated with the officially released version and are indeed a little bit behind the development of the main package. We usually update tutorials during a major/minor upgrade of package version.
