PCA-app, bug related to incresing number of PDBs after visiting ALIGN tab

use PDB ID 1j8u, go to ALIGN, go back to SEARCH, include all 36 PDBs, go back to ALIGN, and the 6 new PDBs appear as 'omitted'.

If I comment out lines 144-147 in server/align.R this issue does not appear. Can you double check this ?
