Propose adding a 3-letter resid code alignment matrix to 3dalign class output structures from read.fasta.pdb().

'resid': character matrix of aligned residue 3 letter identifiers.

There is another function, read.all(), which returns a "3dalign" object. Should we change it, too? Otherwise, we could set this issue resolved.
