Porcupine plot using Bio3D
Hi
I want a bit of help. I am new to Bio3D.I have performed Principle Component Analysis and want to plot Porcupine plot of the result using Bio3D. I did some searching but could not find suitable answer. It will be great if you could point me to the right direction. Please advice.

reporter Hi!
Vector field representation would be technically better suited. But as you said "Porcupine plot" does is an interesting name. It sticks in the mind and also is giving relevant Google hits. Maybe the documentation can be added (if you find it relevant) with this name so that it helps others who come searching. Anyway thanks for the help. I found it with your help. I also found some useful things under normal mode analysis of Bio3D related to Vector field representation. Thanks again.

Hi,
Do you mean 'vector field' plot that each CA atom is associated with an arrow indicating the motion of the atom in the PC? Check out the function
pymol.pca()
. An interesting name by the way.
