PCA of replicate simulations

Hello,

I have multiple replicate md simulations of my system and would like to have a "global" or average PCA analysis for all simulations. How could i accomplish this? I have pca analysis for the individual simulations. Plotting the sum of all the pca´s or maybe use abind()?

How about concatenating the trajectory prior to PCA?
