Question regarding CNA of trajectories
Issue #459
resolved
Hello,
I don't know if this is the right place to post, but I have a general question. Are the CNA matrices/networks/calculations the same as calculating native contacts of the protein? If not, is there any function implemented for finding contact order?
Thanks, -Fizza

CNA = correlation network analysis. We only use residue-residue contacts to filter out cross-residue correlations which is not meaningful for the network analysis. More details here. Contacts can be calculated with the bio3d functions cmap().
