package ‘muscle’ is not available (for R version 3.4.0)

I am trying to install muscle in R3.4 by install.packages(c("muscle")) for pdbaln(...), but failed. Do I have to go back to older R or do you have a quick solution for this? Thanks

You not need to install the "muscle R package". We use the original muscle executable. Please read the install instructions for bio3d online where this is explained.
