DCCM PLOT from GROMACS MD Trajectory

Hi, I carry on md using gromacs and convert .xtc file to .pdb format (volume 18 GB). Can it be possible to use .pdb md Trajectory(500ns) in BIO3D to obtain DCCM PLOT(without converting .xtc file to .dcd format)?

Not currently. We support NetCDF and DCD formats. The first of these being preferred.
