Hello,
I don't see it in the update notes, so I would like to suggest an enhancement.
MMTF downloader/parser - already been implemented in Python and Java (for more info see https://mmtf.rcsb.org/). It would be a drastic speed improvement as MMTF is a binary format and is slowly being incorporated into mainstream use (pymol for example). Would be a very powerful addition to bio3d's wonderful features!
Great suggestion - thank you! +1 for implementing this. Would be a big help for our web-apps also
