plot(nma)_draw_rectange_corresponding_to_each_chain

Hi,

I am plotting NMA modes and I have multiple chains in my structure. Is it possible to draw a rectangle or other object of an arbitrary shape under each chain, so that I will intuitevely know where are my chain limits?

Hi,

I found it. One shuld use rect() to specify size and locaton of the rectangles.
