Vague Pics of Report

when forming the report in Word format, all the pics seem to be so vague and cannot be used for publication.

and the titles of the plots in pdf or word format get cut off if one has more than 4 proteins.

In Bio3d-web I suggest to store the individual plots/figures as PDFs if you want to use if for a publication. Throughout the application you'll find "Download PDF Figures". Toggle the "More clustering and output options" checkbox and these download buttons should appear.
