legend box in overlap analysis always overlaps the data curves in the plot, could someone put it in the top left corner?

is the problem related to bio3d-web or a bio3d function (console version)? if bio3d-web (in the eNMA tab I assume) I can implement a fix for this late next week.

Hi Lars, just use a pdb structure, say 1hx0 with default options and generate the WORD report, you will see the cutoffs in the vague plots' title with overlapping names of other species

for higher quality plots I suggest to download PDF's manually from the app.

Just notice that submitting jobs on Bio3d web server needs a licence, if true, how to purchase?

Thanks for posting Yao! No license is required the machine hosting the server needed a little TLC after a power outage here and should be all up and running again. Hope it is proving useful!
