Cannot load PDB file on webserver for NMA

The webserver of bio3D NMA will not accept any PDB files. An error displays automatically that states.

Error: PDB with < 10 or > 600 c-alpha atoms not allowed Only the test protein 4Q21 can be analyzed. I'm trying to run this for a figure in my publication.
