Individual PCA plots and colour scheme

Hi,

Is there a way to just create one PCA plot at a time instead of the 4 tiled PCA plots.

e.g. if I only wanted a PC1 and PC2 plot, is this possible?

And also my current PCA plots have a bwr colour scheme, how can I change this?

Use the argument pc.axes=c(1,2) to plot just PC1-PC2. Also, check out the col argument for colors. Please read help documents for detail (help(plot.pca) or go to http://thegrantlab.org/bio3d/html/plot.pca.html).
