Visualization of multiple simulations on same PCA

I have created 2 dcd files corresponding to two Monte Carlo simulations.

I have managed to run the PCA by putting the 2 dcds in a matrix, but I would like to visualize the difference between the two by having the points corresponding to one dcd as a circle and the points corresponding to the other dcd as a star (for example). Right now all the points are a circle and coloured according to groups.

Is this possible to do?
