Fasta Like 2nd structure alignment

I'd like to suggest to implement an alternative to the plot or write out an alignment using 2nd structure instead of the amino acid sequence. This way we may open an alignment wherein the top may have the sequence alignment (aln2html) and in the bottom the equivalent alignment but using the secondary structure symbols rather than amino acids. I think Dali Server has an implementation like that.
