cannot allocate vector of size

Dear Sir/Ma’am

I have run the bio3d program for the dcd trajectory analysis in the Ubuntu 18.04.

My dcd file size is 4.8GB . When I have performed the run it is giving the error

Error: cannot allocate vector of size 37500.0 Gb
Execution halted

I know this is a technical error and I have tries hard to solve this but I am unable to sort out this issue.

My liunx pc RAM is 32GB.

Can you help me in this regards

One simple way to solve the problem is to reduce your trajectory by, e.g., skipping every 10 frames. You can do it with VMD or other similar software.
