Calculate the conservation score of DNA sequence

Hello,

I was trying to use the conserv() function in bio3d to calculate the conservation score of DNA sequence but figured out that it is designed for the calculation of amino acid but not DNA. I wonder whether there are similar functions for the conservation score of DNA sequence?

    If you choose identity for the “method” of conserv(), you should get a result but I am not so sure.
