eNMA object: obtaining fluctuations from a subset of modes

Hi everybody,

I've been trying to obtain the fluctuations of an ensemble of pdb structures.

plot(modes, pdbs=pdbs, col=grps.rd, label=NULL)

gives the per-residue fluctuations over all modes. How does one obtain fluctuations over a subset of modes (e.g. the first 3 non-trivial modes, mid-frequency modes, etc.)?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions
