Create a consistent problem of community division( dCNA)

I am reading your article "elucidating allosteric communication in proteins with differential contact network analysis". I am very interested in the dCNA method in this paper. I would like to know how to use this method to achieve consistent community division. I would appreciate it if I could get your reply as soon as possible.
