issue in installation of "bio3d-geostas” and “bio3d-nma” packages

Hi all,

I would like to test some features from “bio3d-geostas” and “bio3d-nma” liberties on win-10. I have updated R and R studio to their recent versions on my laptop. I have tried these steps:

install.packages("bio3d", dependencies=TRUE)

install.packages("devtools")

devtools::install_bitbucket("Grantlab/bio3d-geostas")

devtools::install_bitbucket("Grantlab/bio3d-nma")

bio3d has been installed and is available on library(bio3d) but bio3d-geostas and bio3d-nma are not working. I have shared the screenshot of the error as attached file.

I appreciate any help to fix the issue.

You need to install bio3d.core first. See the instruction from https://bitbucket.org/Grantlab/bio3d
