How to project crystal structure onto PCA plot

Dear Bio3D community,

I have been using Bio3D for quite a while now for PCA and DCCM analysis of MD simulation trajectories. It has been fine till now but I am supposed to project the crystal structures of a protein onto the PCA plot (PC1:PC2), so as to correlate the conformation cluster to that of the crystal structures. I have been trying for a while but I could find a solid way out. Could you please help me to project the crystal structures onto the pca plot and highlight them separately.

Can you provide a short example of data and code and so we can take a deeper look?
