How to view distinct protein within Structural superpositon

In the tutorial “PDB Structure manipulation and Analysis > Co-ordinate superposition and alignment” a superposition is shown with the chain of 4LHY (red) on 4Q21 (grey). How is this image produced? When I run the same code and view the superposition in PyMol, I have a single sequence and structure (with multiple chain), but there is no overlap.

Check every step and make sure there is no error. Most likely, some steps went wrong and didn’t generate the necessary input for the following steps.
