Issue with color change in RMSIP!!!

I did PCA for mutant proteins using simulation data. I plotted RMSIP for the first ten PCs using two proteins.

However, I couldn’t find the option for plotting the plot using preferred colors and also the key (color scale) is not shown.

Please guide me in this regard.
