Bug when attempting to create new minigame?

Former user created an issue 2013-01-02

When I want to create a new minigame through slayer, it says I don't have permission to do so, and that I should ask the host for assistance, but as I am the host I cannot do anything.

This might be because the SlayerClient object is missing after Slayer is installed via RTB. Attached console log from Napoleon.

Client packages are disabled after installing from RTB and then starting a server.

Is this bug outdated then? Since RTB no longer exists, you can't install from it. Pretty sure you couldn't do anything about this anyway.
