Team changing avatar bug at the end of the round

Alright, say there are two teams, Red and Blue. Both teams are set up with a specific uniform. Now say a player is on the Red team. The round ends. He joins the Blue team during the waiting for the reset period and successfully joins the Blue team. Now the person's avatar is set to his or her chosen avatar via the Options menu and not any of the uniforms. I don't know if this is terribly important but I just noticed it so I was wondering if you cared about it...

Once the round resets and they spawn, does the uniform get applied?
