Greek2me repo owner created an issue 2013-10-22

Allow game modes to specify a preference file that is loaded when the game mode is started. Preferences set through this file should have an optional flag to prevent their being overridden. This file should only contain preferences that the game mode needs to set. It should also allow for the creation of non-removable teams.
