"minigame regions"

Greek2me repo owner created an issue

Allow players to specify "minigame regions" using bricks. The minigame will only use the bricks within the region. This will allow multiple minigames per BLID.

    Use minigame colors and colored "zone" bricks to specify minigame region. Minigame colors can be expanded to use the full 64-color pallet.
