Bot number exceeding maximum player number in certain conditions

If there is a team with only one allowed player ( Excludeing one man army) And there are other teams that are allied with it, And it has perferred players, THere will sometimes be two bots on the same team. No console log avalible as I did not see anything unusual.

What is the "preferring players" setting for the team? That's what actually determines the bot count, not the "max players".
