Overtime

If a capture point is being captured when the round time expires, the game should go int an Overtime state. During this time, if nobody is on the point, capture progress is reverted at an accelerated rate. If progress drops to zero, the round ends. If the point is captured, its capture events and/or relevant slayer scripts (e.g. capturing team gets points, wins round, or extends time limit) apply, and the round ends if time was not extended and taking the point caused nobody else to win.
