Able to click "Trade" button during AI turn. May affect AI's resources.

When the AI (Spacer) was using the Orbital Market with a pair of 1's, the Trade button was tappable by the human player. While the AI was thinking, I tapped the button repeatedly. At the end of the turn, the AI had converted all of it's fuel (7 I believe) to ore. I haven't seen the AI use the Orbital market since to confirm, but it seems that I may have been inputting trade commands for the AI.

Trade button is still visible, but can no longer be clicked when it's the AIs turn. Fixes issue #12. Thanks for the report!
