Allow players to pick colors/ colorblind issues

I would like to see the option for picking your player color. I'm always yellow so I am stuck playing four player games. Also being colorblind I'm having some issues distinguishing the red and green. I solved this in my personal copy by replacing the red dice with black pips to red dice with white pips to give an additional indicator - perhaps something like that would work and be easy to implement as an option.
