Moving Isolation Field Off Borrough's Desert does not immediately make Relic Ship purchasable

The white die does appear, but even though I had enough resources to buy it, the option to do so did not appear; a gathered another ore, and then the purchase button appeared, even though I did not need a second ore.

Moving the Isolation Field will now cause the Burroughs Ship purchase button to update. Fixes issue #24. Thanks for the bug report!
