Computer removes resources when over the resource limit with no input from player.

First time playing the game (and didn't realize there was a resource limit). I noticed a lot of my energy had disappeared and looked back to see I was over the resource limit, then read the rules, only to find out that the player should be able to return whatever resources they want to the bank. The computer, however, just removed all energy (which is the one resource I would have kept) without giving me a choice.

This needs to be fixed to allow the player to select what resources are returned for being over the limit as per the rules.
