When raiding, prompt could mention resources and/or alien tech cards

I think it was my very first game I tried to raid, but both opponents had Holographic decoys. I thought something was broken with the arrow indicators that let you steal, but then I finally realized I could only take the card. (Long time alien frontiers player here, btw!)

I think the prompt currently reads "Please select resources to raid from opponents". It would be great to make that "or alien tech cards". Even better would be some sort of smart text such as "Select resources or a card from red, or a card from green". Or maybe "Please select resources or alien tech to raid from opponents. Holographic Decoy is the only thing that can be stolen from opponents that possess it." (too long but something like that).
